Chelsea are reportedly proposing an offer in the region of €115 million and Charly Musonda to sign Manchester United target Sergej Milinkovic-Savic. According to a report from Calciomercato, rumours about the player’s future are refusing to go away, with Chelsea recently named as the favourites to sign the player. Reports have suggested that the Serbian midfielder would prefer the idea of joining Chelsea, should he move to England. The Lazio midfielder, is valued very highly by the Italian club, is a target for Manchester United and previously Juventus, while Real Madrid have also been touted as a possible destination in the past.
